Having spent over 20 years as the General Counsel for start-ups, middle-market enterprises, and national companies, particularly in the financial services sector, Todd is a seasoned corporate generalist. He leverages this background, and applies his knowledge and experience across many areas of business and corporate law including, business formation, corporate governance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, employee matters, regulatory compliance, litigation and crisis management. His blend of legal and business expertise lends itself to a unique perspective and understanding of the legal and business issues facing business owners, C-Suite executives, and boards of directors.
